SHIPPING POLICY

Life With JP is a small independent clothing brand. Many of our products are handmade, bleached, dyed, upcycled, customized, or produced in limited quantities.

PROCESSING TIMES

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are typically processed within 5–10 business days. More complex custom orders may require additional time.

Processing time is separate from the shipping carrier’s delivery time.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

DELAYS

Carrier delays are outside of our control. During holidays, product drops, events, or periods of high order volume, processing or delivery may take longer than usual.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and any available photos or tracking information, and we’ll help determine the next steps.
