RETURNS & REFUNDS

Many Life With JP products are handmade, bleached, dyed, upcycled, customized, or produced as one-of-a-kind pieces. Because of the handmade process, slight variations in color, pattern, placement, and finish are normal and make each piece unique. These variations are not considered defects.

CUSTOM & ONE-OF-A-KIND ITEMS

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, upcycled, and one-of-a-kind items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order.

STANDARD ITEMS

For eligible non-custom items, returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll work with you to make it right.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
